Delivery and Return
Our current order processing time is 1-4 working days. As we are a small business and everything is handmade, occasionally there may be small delays during especially busy periods, but rest assured we will do everything we can to get our products to you as quickly as possible.
UK Shipping orders
Orders will be sent by first class Royal mail.
Once dispatched delivery typically takes 3–5 working days (usually much quicker, often arriving within 2 days). Once the package has left our workshop and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors given by the customer.
UK SHIPPING COSTS
First class delivery on orders costs £3.80, orders over 2kg will be calculated by weight.
Do get in touch if you require an express delivery as on occasion we may be able to ship it to you faster.
International orders are sent by tracked courier and tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. International delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. Please note that if customs charges occur the buyer is responsible for the fees. Essential Blends is not responsible for customs charges or delays.
International shipping costs vary with each order, and are calculated at the checkout by weight and individual country. If your country is not showing at the checkout please get in touch with us so we can come up with a custom shipping quote for you.
If you have an issue with your order please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving goods, quoting your order number. We will always do our very best to resolve any issues.
Please note that as all of our products are handmade and 100% natural, they can occasionally vary slightly from batch to batch in colour and scent.
If you do change your mind about a product it may be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately postage is non-refundable. Refunds can take up to 30 days to reach your bank account.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used or opened.
In the unfortunate event that your products are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can we can arrange a replacement.
